We want you to feel confident shopping with Airbrush Supply Store. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Products must be unused and include all original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and other included materials.
Products that have been used, installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or show signs of use are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Airbrushes, spray guns, compressors, or similar equipment that have had paint, cleaner, or other material run through them are considered used.
To request a return, contact us at info@airbrushsupplystore.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing appropriate shipping insurance, particularly for higher-value items. Airbrush Supply Store is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If we made an error with your order or you received an incorrect item, Airbrush Supply Store will cover the appropriate return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the product and nature of the issue, warranty service may need to be handled through the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you determine the appropriate next step.
Paints, Cleaners & Consumable Products
Opened paints, reducers, cleaners, and other consumable or liquid products cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within the 30-day return period provided they remain in their original condition and packaging.
Special Orders & Custom Products
Special-order, custom-order, personalized, or otherwise specially sourced items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you're unsure whether an item is considered a special-order product, please contact us before purchasing.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Products specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned due to a change of mind. A discounted or sale price alone does not make an item final sale unless it is clearly identified as such.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product and would like a different item, please contact us. In most cases, the easiest option will be to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the product you need.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@airbrushsupplystore.com.
European Union Orders
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer-protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
