Always Evolving!
Since 1978, Createx Colors has been making water-based paints and coatings. Founded by Vince and Wendy Kennedy, a chemist and an art teacher, the company's first paint was a student-grade acrylic called "Createx Poster & Fabric Paint". As the paint's performance onto fabric was excellent with a soft-hand feel on fabric, the company's brand was decided as "Createx", being the combination of create & textile. This would later become a hallmark of its "Createx Airbrush Colors" paint launched in the early 1990s.
