Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Airbrush Supply Store! We strive to process and ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other major shipping providers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are provided by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Airbrush Supply Store is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences significant delays, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on carrier regulations or destination. If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will contact you promptly to discuss available options.
